Horsemanship 101 has been postponed due to inclimate weather on March 27th and again on the rain date of April 3rd. As of this date, a new date has not been scheduled for our 2nd clinic but we will be sure to announce it when we do nail down the date...check the "upcoming events" page for dates and details.

Ever wonder if the plants in your pasture are safe for horses to eat? There are actually many common plants that can prove to be detrimental to equines, and in some cases even deadly. With so many horses coming to us in emaciated condition, we have to be constantly aware and very careful of Refeeding Syndrome. For people considering taking on an emaciated horse, being aware of recommended feeding practices for undernourished horses is critital.
