You just never know what will happen! Watching a horse bloom under the careful love, and attention of their own special person, is such a blessing to see. There is no greater gift than to see the glowing health in a well loved horse, or the shining happiness and pride in the face of their own special person!
Sebastian looks quite a bit different that he did when discovered
with his herd left to die in the desert.
We are pleased to announce that Sebastian has found a home with a young lady who will love him for the rest of his life.
"Tessa" has been adopted. She was rescued along with Sebastion, Gideon, Genesis and Maximus, from the desert.
Does anyone remember our Easter baby, Willow?
Look at her now in her new home with her new "forever friend" and owner, Peyton of Pueblo West. I love it when we an match horses and friends together! These two will be together for their whole lives. This adoption officially breaks the cycle that Willow's parents were caught in be being owned by a "backyard breeder!" Willow will be cherished for herself, not the babies she can produce!
Tonka, a 12 year old Polish Arabian, was surrendered when his owner, an elderly woman, died. Her husband did not know much about caring for horses and surrendered him to DreamCatchers. Julie thought he was a special horse and kept him in the barn, waiting for that one "special friend" to come along. Well, as usual, one did come along. Audra from Colorado Springs took one look at him and it was love at first sight! What a team!
